Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx based on location and options your address accommodates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — actual delivery depends on the carrier and your location.


WHERE WE SHIP

We ship anywhere our carriers will accommodate (30 countries and 5 continents so far!). For international orders, a phone number is required. Please provide all details to ensure the fastest shipping times!


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email oorders@bbqdistro.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage (box and contents) and email the photos with your order number to orders@bbqdistro.com within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
