Refund Policy
Because our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us — if there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right.
WE'LL REPLACE OR REFUND IF:
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order arrived defective (broken seal, etc.)
- You received the wrong item
- Your order never arrived (after working with the carrier)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Email orders@bbqdistro.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost packages) with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (for damage or defects)
- A brief description of what went wrong
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel or change an order? Email orders@bbqdistro.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has likely been processed and shipped.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
Opened products that you no longer want. Orders refused at delivery. Orders returned due to incorrect address provided at checkout.
